Who is WorkHound?
WorkHound is an anonymous feedback platform designed for workers to feel free to share their thoughts and feedback anonymously. We focus on giving workers a voice anywhere and anytime they want to provide feedback.
Is WorkHound an app?
No! That’s what is so great about it. You will get a text message once a week asking you to click on a link to submit your feedback. There is no app download and all you need is the browser on your mobile device.

How does WorkHound work?
How does it work?
WorkHound sends workers a message via text message (SMS) weekly to remind them to share their feedback and to update them on company responses.
All you have to do is respond to a text message sent by WorkHound once a week.
- Once you click on the link in the text, you will be asked to rate how you are feeling about your company on a scale of 1-10
- Once you rate how you are feeling, you have the ability to share anything you would like in the text box. If you’d like, you can provide feedback more often, but once a week is enough. All of your submissions are anonymous.
Can I submit feedback at any time?
Yes! The link is clickable anytime, anywhere. You can send in as much feedback as you’d like. Whenever the inspiration strikes you, WorkHound is a click/text away.
Do I have to click on the link to submit feedback?
If you do not have access to the internet, you can simply respond to the text message WorkHound sends to you in a normal text and it will be submitted for feedback. You will still remain anonymous.
Can I send pictures to WorkHound?
Yes! Sometimes it is easier to send a picture than to try to describe what you are seeing. Unsafe conditions at work? Equipment in bad shape? If you would like to share a photo anonymously by replying to the weekly texts. You can also text it to 48714 and we will make sure it gets to the right place.
Do I have to rate how I am feeling?
If you do not wish to leave a satisfaction rating, you can also simply respond to the WorkHound text message with your feedback.
Why is it asking for a referral after I submitted my feedback?
When you go on WorkHound and are having a good day, WorkHound will ask if you want to recommend any workers outside of your company to join the team. If you company offers a referral bonus and they hire your referral, you will get it that bonus!
How many texts a week do I get from WorkHound?
We will send you 1 weekly prompt text and 1 broadcast text.
You will also get a text whenever someone from your company would like to connect with you and asks you to reveal your identity.
How Does my Feedback Help?
What happens with my feedback?
Your company reviews all feedback daily. They take the feedback and determine what actions they need to take to improve. They may follow up with you directly or send an update to the entire team in a response/broadcast message that will be texted to you at the end of the day.
What is a broadcast message?
A broadcast message is sent at the end of the week going over changes your company is going to work on based on your feedback. You can also find company updates, important info you need to know, new policies, follow ups on concerns you bring up in feedback, etc.
Your feedback helps very much when writing broadcasts! We try to tailor these broadcasts to what would be helpful to workers based on comments your company receives during the week.
What does a broadcast message look like?
Please see below of what your company’s broadcast message will look like once you click on the link in the text message:
I am not seeing any of my feedback being addressed. How come?
Some times changes and addressing certain issues will take longer than expected. We can assure you that conversations are taking place and your company is looking into options. Just because you company doesn’t take action on feedback immediately, does not mean they never will, some things just take longer than others. From their perspective, it is extremely helpful to know what changes are at the top of your list because it helps them know what to focus on.
